Job Summary:
We are looking for a smart, organized, and proactive Executive Assistant (Entry Level) to support senior management in daily administrative and coordination activities. This role is ideal for fresh graduates who are eager to learn, detail-oriented, and possess good communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to senior executives and managers
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments
- Prepare and maintain reports, documents, and presentations
- Handle emails, phone calls, and official correspondence
- Maintain records, files, and confidential documents
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors as required
- Assist in organizing meetings, travel arrangements, and events
- Track tasks, follow up on action items, and ensure timely completion
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned
Eligibility & Qualifications:
- Any graduate (B.Com / BBA / BA / B.Sc / equivalent)
- Freshers are welcome; 0–3 year experience preferred
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work under minimal supervision
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
