Location: Chennai | Full-Time
Reports To: Chief Operating Officer - SEESHA
- Lead HR function aligning strategies with SEESHA’s mission
- Drive workforce planning, talent management, policy compliance, and culture
- Build a high-performance, value-driven work environment
- Develop and implement strategic HR plans; advise senior management on organizational development and change management
- Lead recruitment, selection, onboarding, and employer branding initiatives
- Design and manage performance appraisals, KPIs, and professional development programs
- Foster positive employee relations, manage grievances, and develop engagement and well-being programs
- Develop, update, and enforce HR policies ensuring compliance with Indian labour laws
- Identify training needs, organize leadership development, and promote continuous learning
- Support organizational development including structural and succession planning, and HR digitalization
- PG Degree/Diploma in HR Management, Psychology / Business Administration
- Strong knowledge of Indian labour laws and best HR practices
- 8–10 years progressive HR leadership experience, preferably in NGOs or social sector
- Proven experience in organizational development and change management
