Role and Responsibilities:
- Creation of customer documentation – Preparation of Manuals and Spare parts catalogues.

Plan, develop, organize, write, and edit operational procedures and manuals

Work with internal teams to obtain an in-depth understanding of the product/ machine and the documentation requirements.

Manage updates and revisions to technical literature

Revise documents as new issues arise

Standardize the content wherever required

Produce electronic documentation in addition to hard copy manuals

Maintain a comprehensive library of technical terminology and documentation

General office administration – raising PO, Creating project codes, Stationary Maintenance
Skills and Experience Required:

Experience Required: 3 to 5 Years

Ability to deliver high quality documentation.

Proficiency in Adobe Frame maker and MS Office.

Good English communication skills (Both Verbal & Written).

Confident and outgoing personality.
