Job Summary
H.S. Oberoi Spirits Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a dynamic and strategic Brand Manager to lead the development and growth of its Alo-Bev brand. The role focuses on building a strong brand identity, increasing market visibility, and driving sales through well-planned and executed marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement brand strategies to enhance brand awareness and market share
- Define brand positioning, target audience, and value proposition
- Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns (ATL, BTL, Digital)
- Manage digital marketing initiatives, including social media and influencer campaigns
- Conduct market research to understand consumer behavior, trends, and competitor activities
- Oversee product positioning, packaging, and branding elements
- Collaborate with sales teams to align brand initiatives with business goals
- Manage brand budgets and ensure cost-effective campaign execution
Key Skills Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 3–7 years of experience in brand management, preferably in FMCG or beverage industry
- Strong understanding of branding, marketing, and consumer behavior
- Experience in digital marketing and campaign execution
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Creative thinking with strong problem-solving ability
