We are looking for a creative and results-driven Content Manager to lead our content strategy and execution. The ideal candidate will be a skilled storyteller with experience in content development, capable of creating engaging content that supports brand growth and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Content Strategy & Planning
- Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy aligned with business and brand goals.
- Plan, organize, and manage content calendars across multiple digital channels.
Content Development
- Create, edit, and manage high-quality content for websites, blogs, social media platforms, email campaigns, and marketing materials.
- Ensure all content is accurate, engaging, and tailored to the target audience.
SEO & Digital Growth
- Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices to improve search rankings and increase organic traffic.
- Optimize content performance through data-driven insights and industry trends.
Brand Consistency
- Maintain a consistent brand voice, tone, and messaging across all communication channels.
- Develop and enforce content style guides and editorial standards.
Audience Engagement & Analytics
- Track content performance, engagement metrics, and audience behavior.
- Analyze data and implement improvements to maximize reach, engagement, and conversion rates.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Collaborate with Marketing, Design, Product, and Sales teams to create integrated campaigns and support business initiatives.
- Coordinate content requirements and ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
Content & Platform Management
- Manage content distribution across various platforms and channels.
- Maintain and update Content Management Systems (CMS) to ensure content accuracy and relevance.
Project Management
- Handle multiple content projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality standards.
- Monitor project timelines and ensure smooth execution from planning to publication.
Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Experience
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Content Management, Content Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related role.
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in CMS platforms such as WordPress and HubSpot.
- Strong understanding of SEO principles, tools, and content optimization techniques.
- Experience with social media management and email marketing platforms.
- Knowledge of multimedia content creation, including video and podcast content, is an added advantage.
