We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated freshers to join our production team as a NAPS Trainee. This role is a structured "Earn while you Learn" program under the National Apprenticeship Promotion Scheme (NAPS). Selected candidates will receive hands-on technical training on the shop floor, working under the guidance of experienced supervisors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in production, machine operation, or assembly line activities as per target requirements.
- Handle industrial tools and machinery safely after undergoing initial basic training.
- Perform basic quality inspections of parts/products and report defects to the supervisor.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment (adhering to 5S/Safety norms).
- Maintain daily logbooks and training records as mandated by NAPS guidelines.
Eligibility & Requirements:
- Education: ITI (all technical trades), Diploma (Mechanical/Electrical/Automobile), or 10th/12th pass, 8th.
- Age Limit: 18 to 35 years.
- Experience: 0-1yrs
- Strong willingness to learn industrial processes and work in rotational shifts.
Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹18,500.00 per month
