A Spare Parts Executive manages inventory, procurement, storage, and distribution of spare parts, usually in industries like automotive, manufacturing, construction, or equipment servicing.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain stock levels and ensure availability of spare parts
Handle inventory control (inward/outward entries, stock audits)
Coordinate with suppliers/vendors for timely procurement
Monitor minimum and maximum stock levels
Prepare purchase orders and track deliveries
Manage warehouse organization and storage systems
Handle billing and invoicing for spare parts sales
Coordinate with service/maintenance teams
Track slow-moving and fast-moving items
Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping
