Job Description:
Bird Eye is a homegrown Indian activewear brand built for women who move: in the gym, on the mat, on the track, and everywhere in between. We design performance-first, aesthetic-forward apparel: leggings, sports bras, matching sets, and more. We're a lean startup team based out of Khar West, Mumbai, growing fast and building for the long term. Everyone who joins us owns a piece of what we're building.
THE ROLE
You'll be the face of Bird Eye at our offline presence on Hill Road, Bandra at a multi-brand store that brings together curated labels. Your job is to help customers find exactly what they need, style them with confidence, and make them feel like Bird Eye was built for them. This is more than sales, it's brand storytelling, one customer at a time.
WHAT YOU'LL DO

Welcome and assist walk-in customers — understand their fitness lifestyle and suggest the right products

Style customers with confidence, help them with fit, fabric, and activity-specific recommendations

Actively drive sales while ensuring the customer never feels pushed

Maintain the Bird Eye display, stock, arrangement, and visual presentation on the floor

Log daily sales, customer feedback, and product queries, report to the team daily

Assist the on floor team to manage exchanges and returns gracefully and in line with our policy

Represent the brand at in-store events or activations
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

1–2 years of retail, styling, or customer-facing experience

Genuine passion for fitness, activewear, or fashion, you need to wear it to sell it

Warm, confident, and able to hold a real conversation about product without sounding scripted

Well-presented and takes personal style seriously

Basic English and Hindi communication, clientele is mixed

Willing to work weekends (our busiest days)
