The Billing Operator is responsible for handling all customer transactions at the billing counter, ensuring accurate billing, smooth checkout experience, and strict adherence to company billing policies and mall retail standards.
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) system for billing
- Generate accurate invoices/bills for all purchases
- Ensure all items are scanned and billed properly
- Handle cash, card, UPI, and digital payments
- Maintain daily cash register and transaction records
- Verify product prices, barcodes, and discounts
- Issue receipts and manage returns/exchanges as per policy
- Ensure no item leaves the store without billing
- Coordinate with sales staff and inventory team
- Maintain cleanliness and discipline at billing counter
- Basic computer & POS knowledge
- Strong numerical accuracy
- Attention to detail
- Good customer interaction skills
- Ability to handle pressure during peak hours
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
