- Greet customers and understand their service requirements.
- Prepare job cards and explain service procedures.
- Coordinate with technicians for timely completion of work.
- Update customers on service progress and vehicle status.
- Explain repairs, service charges, and recommendations to customers.
- Ensure customer complaints are properly addressed and resolved.
- Promote service packages, accessories, and value-added services.
- Maintain accurate service records and documentation.
- Follow company policies, procedures, and customer service standards.
- Build and maintain good customer relationships.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
