- Manage day to day body shop operations and ensure smooth workflow.
- Monitor vehicle repair quality and ensure smooth workflow.
- Allocate jobs to technicians based on skill level and workload.
- Track job progress and ensure timely vehicle delivery.
- Handle customer complaints and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Train, guide, and evaluate body shop staff and technicians.
Qualification :
- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Automobile Engineering, Mechanical Engineering , or related field.
- Relevant experience in automobile body shop/workshop operations.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
