Role Purpose:
To provide efficient after-sales technical support including installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and customer guidance while ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term business relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Machine installation and commissioning
- Breakdown maintenance and troubleshooting
- Customer training and operational guidance
- AMC promotion and spare recommendation
- Service reporting and documentation
- Technical coordination with sales and service teams
- Collection of technical feedback and market information
- Professional customer relationship management
Requirements:
- Diploma / ITI / Degree in Electrical/Electronics
- Own bike with licence
- Good communication skills
- Ready for field travel across Bengaluru and nearby areas
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
