We are seeking a dynamic and target-driven Sales Manager – Credit Cards to lead and drive credit card sales through direct sourcing, channel partners, and field sales teams. The role involves acquiring new customers, achieving business targets, managing sales operations, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction while adhering to compliance and regulatory guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive credit card sales through various acquisition channels including direct sales, open market, corporate sourcing, and referrals.
- Recruit, train, and manage a team of sales executives / relationship officers.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for credit card acquisition and revenue generation.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to maximize market penetration and customer acquisition.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, DSAs, and channel partners.
- Monitor team productivity, sales performance, and daily activity reports.
- Ensure proper documentation and adherence to KYC, compliance, and bank policies.
- Conduct field visits, customer meetings, and promotional activities to generate leads.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to identify growth opportunities.
- Handle escalations and provide excellent customer service throughout the sales cycle.
- Maintain accurate MIS reports and provide regular updates to management.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related field.
- MBA preferred.
- 3–8 years of experience in banking, financial services, or credit card sales.
- Prior team handling experience preferred.
