JD for Agronomist:
· Overall Responsible for farm Management projects such Organic standard such as NOP, NPOP, USDA, RFA, SAC 2017, Fairtrade etc.
· Collection of basic information of proposed member farmers under GAP practices.
· Training and guiding of farmers implementing GAP practices
· Guiding farmers for application or package of practices relating to the target crop
· Carrying out internal inspection of against standard and submission of internal inspection report.
· Organizing farmers meet covering emerging technologies and conducting of demos
· Monitoring of one year action plan in implementation of package of practices of groups.
· Periodical visits to the farms to guide farmers on technical issues, in case of need.
· Management of farmers documentation.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
