Mandatory Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting.
- Proficiency in Zoho Books or Tally ERP/Tally Prime.
- Must have hands-on experience in GST filing.
- Must be able to perform TDS calculations and ensure timely compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain day-to-day accounting entries and bookkeeping.
- Prepare purchase, sales, payment, receipt, and journal vouchers.
- Reconcile bank accounts, creditors, and debtors.
- Prepare and file GST returns accurately and on time.
- Calculate TDS and assist with TDS return filings.
- Process vendor invoices and customer billing.
- Maintain stock and inventory records in coordination with the operations team.
- Prepare monthly MIS reports and assist in financial reporting.
- Coordinate with auditors, CA, and management for statutory compliance.
- Maintain proper documentation of financial records.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 per month
