Job Description:
Vayam Designers is a Hyderabad-based creative studio working with brands across real estate, automotive, hospitality, and lifestyle.
We are hiring a Graphic Designer to produce static design assets for our Growth division clients and support overflow work for our Visuals and Studios divisions. You will work closely with our Social Media Manager and Creative Lead to deliver brand-consistent design output.
This is a high-volume execution role. We need someone who can produce quality work quickly while staying inside each client's brand system.
What You Will Do:
- Design Instagram posts, carousels, stories, and basic motion graphics for 3 to 5 client brands
- Maintain brand consistency across each client's visual system
- Create brand templates and reusable assets to improve team efficiency
- Support overflow work from Studios and Visuals divisions
- Receive briefs from the Social Media Manager and deliver against deadlines
- Take revisions in stride and learn each client's preferences over time
- Contribute to internal Vayam work (case studies, pitch decks, brochures) as needed
Must-haves:
- 1 to 2 years of graphic design experience (agency, in-house, or strong freelance portfolio)
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop
- Portfolio showing range and brand-thinking, not just Instagram templates
- Strong sense of typography, layout, and color
- Ability to work to deadlines and take feedback without ego
- Based in Hyderabad or willing to relocate immediately
Nice-to-haves:
- Exposure to motion design (After Effects basics)
- Print design experience
- Worked in an agency or studio environment
- Has designed for real estate, hospitality, or lifestyle brands

Compensation structured as consolidated monthly stipend during probation. Confirmation salary reviewed at end of month 3 based on performance criteria shared in the offer letter.
