Role Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized Accountant with a strong command of Excel and logical reasoning skills. The ideal candidate should have a reasonable understanding of financial management, preferably in e-commerce. You will be responsible for overseeing financial processes related to various e commerce platforms.
Key Accountabilities:
- Prepare and maintain invoices, purchase entries, and financial records accurately
- Handle GST filing, TDS deductions, tax compliance, and related documentation
- Manage accounts payable and receivable processes efficiently
- Perform bank reconciliation and maintain accurate accounting records
- Deploy advanced Excel skills to track, analyze, and report financial data
- Oversee financial transactions related to sales, refunds, and reconciliations
- Ensure timely processing of payments, adjustments, and vendor settlements
- Identify and resolve discrepancies in financial transactions and records
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders for smooth financial operations
- Support audit processes and ensure compliance with statutory requirements
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce (BCom) or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (functions such as VLOOKUP, pivot tables, etc.) Strong logical reasoning and problem-solving abilities.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail in managing financial records.
- Ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
