We are looking for a driven and dynamic Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team and support high-volume hiring needs.
Experience Required: 4–6 years
Preferred Industry: Hospitality / Restaurant
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end bulk / volume hiring for outlet and support roles
- Build strong candidate pipelines through multiple sourcing channels
- Partner with HRBPs and operations teams to meet hiring targets
- Ensure a smooth candidate experience from sourcing to onboarding
- Maintain hiring trackers, ensure data accuracy, and meet defined TATs
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong experience in high-volume hiring environments
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven setup
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Prior experience in hospitality/restaurant hiring will be a strong advantage
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
