We are seeking a proactive and organized Logistics and Operations Executive to manage day-to-day logistics operations, coordinate transportation, monitor inventory movement, and ensure timely dispatch and delivery of goods. The ideal candidate should have experience in logistics coordination, documentation, and operational planning with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily logistics and transportation activities.
- Plan and monitor inbound and outbound shipments.
- Coordinate with transporters, warehouses, suppliers, and customers to ensure timely deliveries.
- Prepare and maintain logistics documentation, including invoices, delivery challans, e-way bills, and shipment records.
- Track shipments and provide regular status updates to internal teams and customers.
- Monitor inventory movement and coordinate with warehouse operations.
- Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with company procedures.
- Resolve delivery and transportation-related issues promptly.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly logistics and operations reports.
- Coordinate with the purchase, production, sales, and warehouse teams to ensure smooth operational flow.
- Identify opportunities to improve logistics efficiency and reduce operational costs.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company policies.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in logistics, operations, or supply chain management.
- Diploma in Logistics or MBA in Logistics / Supply Chain Management.
- Good knowledge of transportation, dispatch, inventory, and warehouse processes.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and Microsoft Office.
- ERP knowledge is an added advantage.
- Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced office environment.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in export/import logistics will be an added advantage.
- Knowledge of shipment planning, transporter coordination, and inventory management.
- Ability to build strong relationships with vendors and logistics partners.
- Positive attitude, teamwork, and willingness to learn.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
