Position: Physics Teacher (Classes VI–X)
Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate, dynamic, and dedicated Physics Teacher to teach students of Classes VI to X. The ideal candidate should possess strong subject knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to inspire students through interactive and concept-based teaching.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Teach Physics concepts to students of Classes VI–X in accordance with the CBSE curriculum.
- Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, assignments, and assessment materials.
- Develop conceptual understanding through demonstrations, experiments, projects, and activity-based learning.
- Conduct regular class tests, assessments, and remedial sessions to improve student performance.
- Encourage scientific thinking, analytical skills, and problem-solving abilities.
- Prepare students for school examinations, Olympiads, NTSE, and Foundation programmes for JEE/NEET.
- Integrate digital tools and smart classroom technology into teaching.
- Maintain student attendance, academic records, and progress reports.
- Ensure effective classroom management and maintain discipline.
- Participate in Parent-Teacher Meetings, staff meetings, training programmes, and school events.
- Assist in maintaining the Physics laboratory and ensure the safe handling of laboratory equipment.
- Perform additional academic and administrative duties assigned by the school management.
Eligibility
- B.Sc./M.Sc. in Physics or a related discipline.
- B.Ed. is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of the CBSE curriculum for Classes VI–X.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in English and basic computer skills.
Experience
- 1–5 years of teaching experience in a CBSE school is preferred.
- Freshers with excellent subject knowledge and teaching aptitude may also apply.
