About the Role
We are seeking a driven, digitally-savvy Marketing , SEO & AEO Assistant to manage and grow the online presence of all three of our entities — a Church, a real estate and a NGO. This is a high-impact, cross-functional role where you will plan content, execute SEO strategies, optimise for AI engine answers (AEO), manage social media, and run performance campaigns — all using a mix of human creativity and AI tools. You must be curious, fast-learning, and excited about the future of AI-powered marketing.
Key Responsibilities
1. Social Media Management
- Plan and execute monthly content calendars for church, real estate, and trust
- Manage Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and Google Business profiles for all 3 entities
- Write engaging captions, posts, and stories tailored to each brand's tone
- Schedule and publish content using Buffer, Later, or similar tools
- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and reviews professionally
- Track weekly social media growth metrics and report to director
2. SEO — Search Engine Optimisation
- Conduct keyword research for real estate (Tambaram plots, co-working Chennai) and church content
- Implement on-page SEO — meta titles, descriptions, headings, image alt text
- Publish SEO-optimised blogs and landing pages for real estate and church websites
- Build local citations and Google Business profile for Tambaram visibility
- Monitor rankings via Google Search Console and Semrush / Ubersuggest
- Execute basic off-page SEO — backlinks, directory submissions, local listings
3. AEO — AI Engine Optimisation
- Optimise website and content to appear in AI-generated answers (ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity)
- Structure content using FAQ format, schema markup, and conversational language
- Research what questions users ask AI engines about real estate and church services
- Ensure all published content is AEO-ready — clear, authoritative, and concise
- Stay updated on AEO trends and apply best practices proactively
4. Paid Campaigns & Lead Generation
- Set up and manage Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns within allocated budget
- Create ad copy and creatives for property listings and church event promotions
- Monitor CPC, CTR, and conversion rates — optimise campaigns weekly
- Generate and hand off qualified leads to the facility incharge via CRM
- Prepare monthly ad performance report for the director
5. AI-Powered Marketing Operations
- Use ChatGPT / Claude for content drafts, blog writing, and ad copy
- Use Canva AI for social media graphics and post designs
- Use Semrush, Ubersuggest, or similar for SEO tracking
- Set up and manage automated posting and reporting workflows via Zapier or Buffer
- Continuously identify new AI tools to improve marketing efficiency
Required Qualifications & Skills
Education
Bachelor's in Marketing, Mass Communication, or any discipline
Languages
Strong written English mandatory; Tamil an advantage
SEO Knowledge
Understanding of on-page SEO, keywords, meta tags, and Google Search Console
Social Media
Hands-on experience with Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Google Business
Tools
Canva, Buffer/Later, Google Analytics, ChatGPT — working knowledge required
Attitude
Curious, self-driven, data-oriented, and eager to learn AI tools fast
Added Advantage (Not Mandatory)
Candidates with the following will be preferred during selection:
- Prior experience in real estate, church, NGO, or multi-brand marketing
- Knowledge of AEO and AI search optimisation (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini)
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads or Meta Ads campaigns
- Familiarity with Semrush, Ahrefs, or Ubersuggest
- Basic graphic design skills in Canva or Adobe Express
- Christian background or familiarity with church communication style
- Experience using automation tools — Zapier, Make, or Notion
