Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Site Supervisor to oversee our Civil Works projects . The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Civil Works, excellent leadership skills, and a commitment to safety and quality. Auto level taken.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate daily site activities, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Lead and manage a team of construction workers, providing guidance and support.
- Ensure all work is performed in compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
- Monitor progress, quality, and productivity on the construction site.
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise on site efficiently and effectively.
- Maintain accurate site records, including daily logs, reports, and documentation.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Civil Works, with at least 1 years in a supervisory role.
- In-depth knowledge of Civil Works processes, materials, and equipment.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations and practices in construction.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
