Position Overview:
Kalsi Enterprises is looking for a proactive and result-oriented Lead Generation Specialist to identify potential clients, generate qualified leads, and support business growth through effective outbound calling and lead nurturing activities. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, confidence in client interactions, and a strong ability to convert inquiries into business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and qualify leads through outbound calls, online research, referrals, and various digital platforms.
- Contact prospective clients, understand their interior design requirements, and schedule meetings for the sales team.
- Maintain and update lead databases, CRM records, and daily follow-up activities accurately.
- Build and nurture relationships with potential customers to increase conversion opportunities.
- Coordinate with the sales and design teams to ensure smooth lead handover and achieve monthly lead generation targets.
Required Skills:
- Excellent verbal communication and telecalling skills.
- Experience in lead generation, inside sales, or customer outreach.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM tools.
- Ability to handle objections and engage prospects professionally.
- Strong follow-up and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated with a target-driven approach.
- Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
- Prior experience in Interior Design, Real Estate, Construction, Architecture, Home Décor, or related industries will be an added advantage.
Pay: ₹9,870.90 - ₹20,615.04 per month
