Role Summary:
As a Sales Executive at Bhima, He /She is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, achieving sales goals, and ensuring a memorable and positive shopping experience for every customer.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
General activities
1. Responsible to meet the monthly individual sales goals for all the product categories (Gold, Diamond, Platinum, and Schemes).
2. Executives should show empathy towards customers and quickly assist them, reducing wait times to ensure a great experience
3. Ensure to arrange and display the products neatly in designated trays and locations. Maintain a clean, attractive, and organized product presentation on assigned sections.
4. Warmly greet customers with a smile and politely gather their design preferences. For old gold exchanges, collect the item and verify its weight and purity in the customer’s presence.
5. Based on the product requirements present the designs that match customer preferences. Educate customers about making charges, quality standards, and design features.
6. Convince alternative products if a customer’s desired items are unavailable. Make sure to aim 100% conversion from the attended customers.
7. Responsible to cross sells the schemes and additional products with the customers.
8. Collaborate with the billing team to prepare estimated pricing for the customers.
9. Assist customers in finalizing their purchase with the company’s standard making charge. If extra discounts are needed, coordinate with the floor manager for approval.
10. Ensure to collect the referrals from the satisfied customers and maintain lasting customer relationships.
11. Coordinate with the billing team to prepare a final bill and give it to customer with the proper explanations. Assist customers to complete the payments.
12. Provide a thankyou note after completing transactions, reinforcing customer satisfaction and loyalty.
13. Ensure to communicate the non-moving designs report to the section head/purchase.
14. Conduct stock audits for assigned sections at the start and end of each day, obtaining approval from section head to ensure accuracy and accountability.
Education
Plus two /Graduation
Experience
Minimum 2 Years of Jewellery experience. Fresher's can also apply
