· Key Responsibilities
Electrical:
1) Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems including wiring, switches, sockets, lighting, MCBs, distribution boards, and panels.
2) Support maintenance of power backup systems such as UPS and DG sets.
3) Perform regular inspection and preventive maintenance of electrical installations.
4) Respond promptly to electrical faults, tripping, and short circuits in patient care and critical service areas.
5) Ensure compliance with electrical safety protocols and hospital standards.
Plumbing:
1) Install and repair pipelines, valves, faucets, wash basins, water closets, and other sanitary fittings.
2) Attend to complaints related to leakages, blockages, and water supply interruptions.
3) Maintain and inspect water tanks, sump pumps, overhead tanks, and drainage systems.
4) Support upkeep of RO systems, geysers, and plumbing fixtures in patient and staff areas.
5) Maintain records of plumbing repairs and preventive maintenance.
General:
1) Carry out routine maintenance checks and report defects or areas requiring improvement.
2) Maintain cleanliness and safety in work areas and utility rooms.
3) Assist other maintenance staff during emergencies or cross-functional tasks.
4) Maintain logs, checklists, and documentation of completed work.
5) Ensure minimal disruption to hospital operations during maintenance activities.

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
