Job Title: German Language Trainer (Offline)

Job Overview
We are seeking a qualified and passionate German Language Trainer to conduct offline classes at our Kolkata center. The ideal candidate should be skilled in teaching German to students of varying proficiency levels and committed to delivering engaging, structured, and result-oriented lessons.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct classroom training sessions for German language (A1 to B2 levels; higher levels preferred).
- Plan and deliver lessons focusing on speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills.
- Prepare study materials, assignments, and assessments aligned with CEFR standards.
- Track student progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Help students prepare for certification exams such as Goethe, TELC, or TestDaF.
- Maintain attendance records and performance reports.
- Create an interactive and motivating classroom environment.
- Customize teaching methods based on student needs and batch profiles.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in German, Linguistics, or related field.
- Certification in German language (minimum B2; C1/C2 preferred).
- Prior teaching or training experience (1–3 years preferred).
- Strong command of German grammar and communication skills.
- Ability to teach beginners as well as advanced learners.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in preparing students for international German exams.
- Excellent interpersonal and classroom management skills.
- Passion for teaching and mentoring students.
- Familiarity with modern teaching tools and techniques.

- Competitive salary based on experience and qualifications.
