Education Requirements: » Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/ Aeronautical/Aerospace Engineering
Experience Requirements: » 2 to 3 years experience in design/drafting using AutoCAD, Solidworks & ProE
» Understanding of product development and reverse engineering
» Knowledge of drafting using ANSI Y14.5M, GD and T
» Aircraft component design and development is a plus but not necessary
» Ability to speak English fluently and understand American accent
Job Responsibilities: » Overall responsibility of design of aircraft products including preparation of
documents for Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) compliance
» Accurate layout, detail design and drafting of parts per ANSI Y14.5M using
AutoCAD and Pro-E. Implementation of drawing revisions
» Perform stack-ups to ensure assembly and function
» Review and quality check of drawings & Overall responsibility for the flight
worthy design of aeronautic products
» Communicate project requirements and work requests to support groups
(Metrology and Material Analysis) / vendors
