We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated freshers to join our poultry operations team as a Hatchery Supervisor / Poultry Environmental Control Breeder Shed Supervisor. Candidates with a passion for poultry farming and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply. Training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor daily hatchery or breeder shed operations.
- Maintain environmental control systems (temperature, humidity, ventilation, etc.).
- Ensure proper bird care, feeding, watering, and hygiene.
- Maintain production and operational records using a computer.
- Follow biosecurity and safety procedures.
- Coordinate with the farm team to achieve production targets.
- Report operational issues to the Farm Manager.
Eligibility
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Basic Computer Knowledge is mandatory.
- Must own a Two-Wheeler.
- Must be willing to stay and work within the campus.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Willingness to work in shifts, if required.
Preferred Qualification
- Diploma / B.Sc. (Agriculture, Poultry, Animal Science, Veterinary) or any Bachelor's Degree.
- Candidates with an interest in the poultry industry are encouraged to apply.
