Project Coordinator/ Project Supervisor
- Must have the capability to manage the commercial projects by traveling in different places
- Project Execution: Supervise day-to-day operations and manage all trades (carpentry, painting, electrical, HVAC, flooring) to ensure execution matches architectural drawings and design specifications.
- Quality Control & Safety: Inspect work for defects and enforce strict site safety protocols and building codes.
- Coordination & Logistics: Coordinate material deliveries, manage vendor schedules, and manage on-site resources to prevent delays.
- Problem-Solving: Resolve on-site conflicts, technical deficiencies, and design challenges promptly.
- Reporting: Document daily progress, prepare status reports for project managers and clients, and manage documentation.
- Experience: Must have the experience of interior project handling for at least 2 years
- Must have the team handling mentality with other site supervisors for the execution of different projects.
Pay: From ₹22,000.00 per month
