Job Summary
We, at . . . Ellipsis Group, Comprising Keiyan MEP, Frontier Furniture & Touchwood Interiors, are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated HR & Admin. Manager to join our team. In this dual-focused role, you will manage the full-cycle human resources function to attract and retain top talent, while simultaneously overseeing the daily administrative operations, facilities, and office management to ensure a safe, efficient, and productive work environment. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about establishing a career in HR & Admin. and is eager to learn through hands-on experience, and excellent communications and teamwork skills.
Key Responsibilities
I. Human Resources
* Recruitment & Onboarding:
# Manage end-to-end recruiting, from job postings to offer letters. Design and execute a comprehensive onboarding program that integrates new hires into the culture.
* Employee Relations:
# Serve as the primary point of contact for employee concerns, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions. Foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performance culture.
* Compliance & Policy:
# Ensure compliance with state, and labour laws. Maintain and update the Employee Handbook and internal SOPs.
* Performance Management:
# Administer the annual performance review cycle and support management in handling Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs).
* Benefits & Payroll Support:
# Oversee employee benefits enrollment and serve as the liaison between staff and insurance providers. Assist with payroll processing and timekeeping accuracy.
* Hand-On Task:
# Posting job openings on various job portals and social media platforms and also thru consultants.
# Support in screening resumes and scheduling interviews.
# Maintain HR records and databases with accurate employee information.
# Assist in organizing employee engagement and welfare activities.
# Support training coordination and maintain training records.
# Handle day-to-day HR queries from employees.
# Ensure confidentiality and security of HR data.
II. Administration & Facilities
* Office Management:
# Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office, including reception coverage, mail/courier services, and office supplies inventory.
* Facilities & Maintenance:
# Manage building relationships (landlords, property management). Coordinate repairs, maintenance, cleaning services, and safety inspections to ensure the workspace is functional and compliant.
* Vendor Management:
# Source, negotiate, and manage contracts with external vendors (e.g., cleaning crews, IT support, snack services, security, office equipment).
* Event Coordination:
# Plan and execute company-wide events, including town halls, team-building activities, holiday parties, and client meetings.
* Health & Safety:
# Act as the Safety Officer; maintain emergency protocols, first-aid kits, and fire safety drills.
* Asset Register:
# Create an asset tracking sheet for laptops, mobile phones, office furniture, etc.
* Travel Arrangement:
# Prepare a travel itinerary for an employee visiting sites.
* Expense Tracking:
# Reviewing/Scrutiny of staff expenses vouchers on a weekly basis & updating the same in Excel using sample data.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
