Crafted entirely in elegant white marble, the property blends timeless royal architecture with modern luxury, offering guests an exceptional hospitality experience inspired by Rajasthan's rich heritage.
We are seeking a dynamic, experienced, and passionate Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day hotel operations, drive service excellence, and ensure seamless coordination across all departments. The ideal candidate will play a key role in the pre-opening phase and help establish THE WHITE HOUSE (NATURE VALLEY) as one of Rajasthan's premier luxury hospitality destinations.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the overall day-to-day operations of the hotel.
- Ensure smooth coordination between Front Office, Food & Beverage, Housekeeping, Kitchen, Engineering, Security, and other departments.
- Maintain exceptional luxury service standards across all areas of hotel operations.
- Monitor daily operational activities and ensure all departments perform according to established SOPs.
- Lead, motivate, train, and supervise departmental teams to achieve operational and guest-service objectives.
- Conduct regular operational briefings and communicate priorities effectively to department heads and staff.
- Monitor guest satisfaction and ensure all guest requests, feedback, and complaints are handled promptly and professionally.
- Coordinate with department heads to resolve operational issues and maintain smooth workflow.
- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, restaurants, facilities, and other hotel areas.
- Ensure high standards of cleanliness, presentation, grooming, hospitality, and service throughout the property.
- Monitor hotel occupancy, arrivals, departures, VIP movements, events, and special guest requirements.
- Coordinate with the Front Office and F&B teams to ensure smooth guest experiences from arrival to departure.
- Monitor operational costs, resource utilization, and departmental performance.
- Ensure proper inventory control and effective utilization of hotel supplies and resources.
- Prepare and review daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports for senior management.
- Implement and maintain hotel policies, procedures, and operational standards.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, hygiene, fire, security, and statutory requirements.
- Handle emergency situations and operational challenges efficiently and professionally.
- Build strong relationships with guests, vendors, staff, and other stakeholders.
- Assist senior management in developing strategies to improve revenue, guest satisfaction, service quality, and operational efficiency.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance evaluation of hotel staff.
- Participate in management meetings and provide regular updates on hotel operations and key performance indicators.
- Support the pre-opening process, including SOP development, staff recruitment, training, departmental coordination, mock operations, inspections, and operational readiness.
- Ensure all departments are fully prepared for the hotel's opening and subsequent smooth operations.
- Perform additional operational and administrative responsibilities as assigned by senior management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Hotel Management, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- 5–8 years of experience in hotel operations, preferably within luxury hotels, resorts, heritage properties, or upscale hospitality establishments.
- Previous experience in an Operations Manager, Assistant Operations Manager, or senior departmental management position is preferred.
- Strong experience managing multiple hotel departments and coordinating cross-functional operations.
- Pre-opening hotel/resort experience will be a strong advantage.

Working Conditions
- Full-time managerial position.
- Hotel/resort-based role requiring active involvement across all operational areas.
- May require extended working hours, weekends, evenings, and holidays depending on hotel operations and guest requirements.
- Extensive involvement in pre-opening activities, including recruitment, training, SOP implementation, departmental setup, mock operations, inspections, and trial runs.
- Requires flexibility, strong leadership, and a hands-on approach during the hotel's opening and initial operational period.
- Regular interaction with guests, management, department heads, employees, vendors, and other stakeholders.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per month
