The Non-Air Manager will oversee all non-flight travel services including hotel bookings, holiday packages, transfers, tours, visas, cruise bookings, travel insurance, and ground handling services. The role requires strong supplier management, team leadership, costing expertise, and revenue optimization skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise all non-air travel services operations
- Develop and price competitive holiday packages (FIT & Group)
- Maintain relationships with DMCs, hotels, transport providers, cruise lines, and other suppliers
- Negotiate contracts and secure best rates
- Lead and mentor the non-air operations and sales team
- Ensure smooth booking confirmations and service delivery
- Monitor service quality and customer satisfaction
- Handle escalations and resolve operational issues
- Analyze sales performance and implement revenue growth strategies
- Develop new destination products and expand supplier network
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance procedures
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in travel industry (Non-Air operations preferred)
- Strong knowledge of international destinations and ground products
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- Excellent negotiation and supplier management ability
- Strong costing and margin management skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and travel CRM systems
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
