Assistant Manager – Sales & Marketing
Role: Full-Time | Individual Contributor | Field Role (Travel Involved)
Schedule: Mon–Sat, 11 AM–8 PM | Sunday Off
CTC: Upto 8LPA+ 2LPA Variable + Travel Allowance

Role Summary
Drive brand awareness, enroll students into free programs, and convert them into paid subscribers. You’ll work closely with parents, students, and schools, managing the full customer lifecycle through field sales and engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Activate schools and promote UPRIO’s platform
- Enroll students into free trial batches
- Convert free users into paid subscribers
- Drive renewals, retention, and follow-ups
Key Requirements
- Good English communication; background in EdTech / Education / B2C sales preferred
- Open to regular field work (schools, events) with own 2-wheeler
- Minimum ed-tech / B2C Sales / Field sales of 1 year.
