About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Sales Assistant to support our Solar Energy Solutions team. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing customer interactions, coordinating sales activities, preparing proposals, and ensuring a seamless sales process from lead generation to project handover. Key Responsibilities
- Support the sales team in identifying, qualifying, and nurturing prospective customers.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information on solar products, services, and project processes.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, presentations, and other sales-related documentation.
- Maintain and update customer records, sales pipelines, and CRM databases.
- Coordinate appointments, site surveys, and follow-up communications with clients.
- Track sales performance and generate periodic reports for management.
- Collaborate with technical and operations teams to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.
- Assist in marketing campaigns, lead generation activities, and industry events.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in sales support, customer service, or a similar role; experience in the solar or renewable energy sector is an advantage.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
