We're looking for a curious, detail-oriented Junior Research Analyst to join our growing team. In this role you'll support end-to-end research projects — from data collection and synthesis to presenting actionable insights that inform strategic decisions. This is an excellent entry point for someone who wants to build a rigorous analytical foundation in a fast-paced environment.
Key responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and organize large datasets from primary and secondary sources including surveys, databases, and public records
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to support ongoing projects and strategic initiatives
- Synthesize complex information into clear, concise reports, memos, and presentations for internal stakeholders
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments on a regular basis
- Assist senior analysts with data modeling, visualization, and interpretation of findings
- Maintain research databases and documentation to ensure accuracy and reproducibility
Requirements
Bachelor's degree/CFA (pursuing)
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets; comfort with formulas and pivot tables
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Analytical mindset with sharp attention to detail and data integrity
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines independently
0–2 years of relevant work or internship experience

NISM RA Certification (preferred)

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per year
