We are looking for an experienced and creative Lead Designer / Architect to lead our design team, manage client relationships, and deliver contemporary, customer-focused interior design solutions. The ideal candidate should be capable of handling the complete design lifecycle while ensuring design excellence and smooth project execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the complete design process from concept development to execution drawings.
- Understand client requirements, present design concepts, and manage approvals.
- Act as the primary point of contact for all client design communication.
- Manage, mentor, and review the work of the in-house design team.
- Develop innovative and trend-driven interior design solutions.
- Ensure designs align with client expectations, functionality, and budget.
- Prepare design specifications and support BOQ and quotation preparation.
- Coordinate closely with project execution teams for accurate site implementation.
- Conduct site visits and design-conformance audits to maintain quality standards.
- Resolve design-related changes and technical queries during execution.
- Maintain design documentation, standards, and material libraries.
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Interior Design or Architecture.
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in interior design projects.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3Ds Max, V-Ray, or similar software.
- Strong communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
- Good knowledge of materials, finishes, and interior execution processes.
