5. Experience needed For B. Tech minimum 2 years, for Diploma minimum 4 years and for ITIs minimum 5 years of experience in Electrical work, House wiring, or technical training.
Strong knowledge of Electrical safety standards, tools, wiring diagrams, and troubleshooting.
6. Job Description: GMR Varanasi Centre for Empowerment & Livelihoods is seeking a dedicated and skilled Basic Electrical & House Wiring Trainer to train and mentor youth (Aged 18-30) from underprivileged backgrounds. The trainer will be responsible for equipping students with the following
· He/she will be the trainer for interactive training sessions on basic electrical concepts, house wiring, circuit installation, CCTV, Solar equipment, motor winding, and safety procedures.
· Develop course materials, practical exercises, and assessments to enhance learning.
· Provide career guidance, resume-building support, and interview preparation for trainees.
· Conduct assessments and monitor student progress through evaluations and feedback sessions.
· Coordinate with local businesses and organizations for guest lectures, exposure visits, and placement opportunities.
· Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate relevant insights into training modules.
· Maintain records of attendance, assessments, and training effectiveness for reporting purposes.
· Support in mobilizing candidates and engaging with community outreach programs to encourage enrollment.
· Also, he/ she will be responsible for PMKVY scheme related works at center level.
Salary negotiable based on candidate experience and qualifications.
