Full-time, Rotational Shifts (Day/Night)
Shift Timing: 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM (12-Hour Shift)
Shift Rotation: Every 15 Days
Salary Range:
₹18,000 to ₹30,000 per month (Based on experience and skill set)
Educational Qualification:
Candidates with the following qualifications can apply:
- Diploma in Chemical Engineering
- Candidates without the above qualifications but with relevant experience and willingness to work may also be considered.
Experience Required:
Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in operating chemical plant machinery or similar industrial roles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain process vessels under specific pressure and temperature conditions as per batch requirements.
- Operate and clean the filter press, ensuring effective filtration and washing.
- Supervise and coordinate with laborers for plant operations.
- Handle material charging into reactors and other plant equipment.
- Monitor loading and unloading operations in dryers.
- Perform minor maintenance activities as required.
- Follow instructions from the Plant Head and ensure smooth operations across departments.
- Be flexible to work in various departments based on operational needs.

- Basic understanding of plant operation procedures.
- Ability to handle chemical equipment and follow safety protocols.
- Team coordination and communication skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
