We are looking for a Restaurant Manager at Back to Source.
Location: Panchkula
Joining: Immediate Joiner Required
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth service.
- Lead, train and supervise restaurant staff.
- Maintain high standards of customer service, food quality, hygiene and cleanliness.
- Monitor sales, inventory and operational costs.
- Handle customer feedback and resolve complaints effectively.
- Prepare staff schedules and ensure discipline and attendance compliance.
- Achieve sales targets and improve overall restaurant performance.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in restaurant operations.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of POS systems, inventory and cost control.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
