Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, phone, and support tickets.
- Provide accurate information about products and services to customers.
- Resolve customer concerns and escalate complex issues to the appropriate team.
- Maintain customer records and update CRM systems.
- Prepare professional letters, emails, and business documents using AI tools.
- Create presentations (PPTs) for internal and client-related requirements with the help of AI platforms.
- Generate and edit images, banners, and visual content using AI-powered tools.
- Assist in creating reports, proposals, and documentation as required.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.
- Stay updated with new AI tools and technologies to improve productivity.
Required Skills:
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Canva AI, Copilot, or similar platforms.
- Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Positive attitude and customer-centric approach.
