We are looking for a persuasive and goal-oriented Telemarketing Executive to join our coffee manufacturing unit. You will be the primary point of contact for potential B2B clients, including retailers, wholesalers, cafes, and corporate offices. Your mission is to introduce our premium coffee range, generate high-quality leads, and convert inquiries into long-term business partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Conduct outbound calls to potential B2B partners (cafes, hotels, retail chains, and distributors) to introduce our coffee products.
- Product Knowledge: Deeply understand our coffee varieties (Arabica/Robusta), roasting profiles, and processing methods to answer technical queries from clients.
- Sales Conversion: Follow up on inbound leads from our digital marketing campaigns and website inquiries to close sales.
- Database Management: Maintain an organized CRM or database of all calls, follow-ups, and client feedback.
- Market Feedback: Collect insights from potential customers regarding pricing, packaging, and competitor offerings to help our production team stay ahead.
- Order Coordination: Work closely with the logistics and factory teams to ensure that samples and initial orders are dispatched promptly to new leads.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills in English, hindi.
- Persuasion: A natural ability to build rapport quickly over the phone and handle objections professionally.
- Tech Savvy: Familiarity with MS Excel, CRM software, and basic email etiquette.
- Industry Passion: A genuine interest in coffee culture and the manufacturing process.
