1. Job Description:
08ServiceNow GRC Specialist is responsible for implementing and configuring ServiceNow Governance, Risk & Compliance modules including Policy & Compliance, Risk Management, Audit Management, Vendor Risk, and IRM, while partnering with business teams to capture requirements and design scalable workflows, data models, and process flows. The role involves creating and maintaining workflows, forms, business rules, client scripts, and integrations with ITSM, SecOps, and CMDB, ensuring platform integrity, upgrades, patches, and data quality. The specialist develops dashboards and reports for risk scoring, compliance status, audit findings, and control testing, provides insights to leadership, delivers user training, and serves as an SME for GRC capabilities. ServiceNow experience with at least 2 years in GRC/IRM,
