Job Title: Hostel Warden

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹45,000per month (as per experience)
About the Role
We are hiring a responsible and experienced Hostel Warden to manage the day-to-day operations of our residential hostel facility. The ideal candidate will ensure the safety, discipline, and well-being of all residents while maintaining a conducive living environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage overall hostel operations including admissions, room allotment, and check-in/check-out procedures
- Enforce hostel rules, discipline, and code of conduct among residents
- Maintain attendance registers, visitor logs, and resident records
- Conduct regular room inspections to ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and safety compliance
- Coordinate with housekeeping, security, and maintenance staff for smooth facility operations
- Handle resident grievances, conflicts, and emergencies in a timely and professional manner
- Monitor mess/canteen services and ensure quality of food and hygiene standards
- Liaise with parents/guardians regarding resident welfare and concerns
- Maintain inventory of hostel assets, furniture, and supplies
- Prepare daily/weekly reports for hostel management
- Ensure compliance with fire safety, health, and security protocols
- Organize extracurricular and community activities for residents
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum 3 years of proven experience as a Hostel Warden, Residential Supervisor, or similar role
- Strong knowledge of hostel/residential facility management
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (Hindi & English required; local language a plus)
- Ability to handle emergency situations calmly and effectively
- Familiarity with government hostel regulations and safety norms applicable in India
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per hour
