Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and result-oriented Telecaller to join our Loan Consulting team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, explaining loan products, and assisting them throughout the loan application process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
- Explain various loan products (personal loan, business loan, home loan, etc.).
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable loan options.
- Follow up with customers for documentation and application completion.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and customer details.
- Coordinate with internal teams for loan processing and approvals.
- Achieve daily/weekly call and conversion targets.
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate preferred.
- Good communication skills in [/ Tamil / required].
- Basic knowledge of loans and financial products is an advantage.
- Ability to convince and handle customer queries effectively.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office,).
