Key Responsibilities: -
- Project Assets Under Management (AUM), inflows, outflows, and activity for insurance
portfolios.
- Track actual and forecasted expenses for Blackstone’s Big 4 insurance clients.
- Analyze and update spreads, funding, commitments, and portfolio metrics such as AUM, fees,
and unfunded amounts.
- Assist in preparing financial reports and SMD-level reporting for senior leadership.
- Produce global dashboards for insurance companies to track performance and trends
- Identify opportunities to streamline reporting workflows and reduce manual intervention.
- Maintain strong controls to ensure data integrity and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Contribute to processing documentation efforts, including the creation and maintenance of
SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures).
Desired Candidate Profile: -
- Candidate must be a Postgraduate in finance with 5+ years of relevant experience in asset
management, Credit, Alternative Investments or similar environment.
- Strong understanding of investment products, investment reporting, and data representation.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Advance Excel and PowerPoint.
- The ability to effectively work as a team player and possess strong analytical, problem solving,
critical thinking and decision-making skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in verbal and written English is a must.
- A desire to work in an international team environment, often under pressure, and with multiple
stakeholders.
Mandatory Skills: Financial Planning & Analysis .
