* Manage day-to-day store operations including receiving, storing, and issuing materials
* Maintain accurate inventory records and stock control
* Ensure proper documentation of GRN, issue slips, and return notes
* Conduct regular stock audits and reconciliation
* Coordinate with purchase, accounts, and production teams
* Monitor minimum stock levels and raise purchase requisitions
* Ensure proper storage and handling of material.
* 2–3 years of experience in store or inventory management
* Knowledge of ERP systems (preferably ODOO ERP)
* Basic mechanical or technical knowledge is a plus
* Understanding of pneumatic and mechanical components (preferred)
* Strong organizational and coordination skills
