Job description
- Make outbound calls to channel partners and potential clients.
- Handle high-volume cold and warm calls to share and update resale inventories.
- Source residential units for sale from channel partners.
- Reactivate inactive channel partners and maintain strong relationships.
- Generate leads, identify prospects, and qualify potential opportunities.
- Follow up on leads to build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
- Maintain accurate call records, feedback, and reports in the CRM system.
- Upload and update call logs and feedback regularly.
- Explain and promote the Proho application to channel partners and clients.
- Coordinate with internal teams to support sales and sourcing activities
- Source and Sell resale properties via Channel Partner Network
- Assist site visits with clients and CPs.
- Convert prospects to deal closures
- Onboard & Manage CP relationships
- Share active inventory & offers
- Track visits & closures in CRM
Required Candidate profile
- 6 months - 2 years of real estate experience in Noida/Noida Extension
- Strong Channel Partner Network
- Should have knowledge of the market
- Confident, proactive, fluent in Hindi & English
- Good CRM handling
