Elevate Living Estates is a growing UK-based property management company specialising in premium serviced accommodation and short-to-mid-term rentals across England.

As our portfolio continues to grow, we're looking for a dedicated Operations & Guest Experience Coordinator to become a long-term member of our team and take senior roles.

About the Role
You'll become a key member of our operations team, helping ensure our properties operate smoothly every day.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Responding to guest enquiries across Airbnb, Booking.com and direct bookings
- Managing reservations and guest communications
- Coordinating cleaners, maintenance contractors and suppliers
- Monitoring daily arrivals and departures
- Ensuring all properties are ready before guest check-in
- Managing housekeeping schedules
- Following operational SOPs and checklists
- Updating ClickUp and other internal systems
- Escalating issues where necessary
- Maintaining excellent response times and guest satisfaction
- Supporting business administration and operational projects
What We're Looking For
Essential:
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Strong organisational skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work independently
- Reliable internet connection and quiet working environment
- Confident using Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail)
- Comfortable learning new software
- Professional communication skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Mandatory:
- Experience with Airbnb or serviced accommodation for a minimum of a year
- Property management experience
- Customer service experience
- Knowledge of ClickUp, Slack, Guesty or similar platforms
- Experience working remotely
Working Hours
We operate across UK time zones.
Shift patterns will be discussed during the interview, and we're looking for someone with flexibility to work afternoon and evening UK hours where required.

Working Hours Available- (UK Time)
Day: 09:00-18:00 - Monday - Wednesday; Thursday & Friday off; Saturday - Sunday
Day/Night: 14:00-23:00 - Saturday-Monday; Tuesday & Wednesday off; Thur-Friday - 09:00-18:00
Overnight shift: 14:00-23:00 - Monday- Friday
