We are seeking an experienced and strategic HR Manager to lead our human resources function. You will be responsible for aligning HR practices with business goals, building strong teams, driving performance, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. This role demands a proactive leader who can think beyond traditional HR and act as a strategic partner to the leadership team.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive end-to-end recruitment across departments.
Design and implement employee engagement initiatives.
Address grievances promptly and foster a positive workplace culture.
Oversee performance appraisal processes.
Manage payroll coordination, attendance, and HRMS systems.
Analyze HR metrics to inform decisions and improve practices.
Prepare HR reports and dashboards for leadership.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience (5+ years) in core HR functions.
Excellent leadership, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
Experience in managing a team and partnering with senior management.
Proficient in MS Excel, HRMS, and performance management tools.
Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
