## Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented **Assistant Sales Manager (Marketing & Business Development)** to drive business growth by identifying new clients, building strong customer relationships, and expanding our presence in the Employee Transportation Services (ETS) and corporate mobility sector. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in the transport industry and a passion for achieving sales targets.
## Key Responsibilities
* Identify and generate new business opportunities in the corporate transport and mobility sector.
* Develop and maintain relationships with HR, Admin, Procurement, and Facility Management teams of corporate clients.
* Generate leads through networking, cold calling, emails, LinkedIn, and client meetings.
* Conduct client presentations, meetings, and negotiations.
* Prepare proposals, quotations, and commercial agreements.
* Coordinate with the Operations team to ensure smooth service implementation.
* Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and revenue targets.
* Participate in RFPs, RFQs, and tender submissions.
* Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
* Maintain accurate sales pipeline and CRM records.
* Ensure high customer satisfaction through regular follow-ups and account management.
* Represent the company at business events, exhibitions, and networking forums when required.
## Required Skills
* 1–3 years of experience in a Transport, Employee Transportation Services (ETS), Fleet Management, or Logistics company.
* Strong understanding of B2B sales and business development.
* Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
* Ability to build long-term client relationships.
* Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM tools.
* Self-motivated, target-driven, and willing to travel for client meetings.
* Valid driving license is an added advantage.
